When I was growing up, and even now as a young Black man, mental health was, and still is, hard to afford. While this isn't the main reason why, most men are very tempted to bottle in their feelings, but there are ways to pay for it. What I would do is life-beneficial, monetary gain from planting a tree. For every tree someone plants, they get money that brings them closer and closer to paying for mental health care. After all, they're benefitting the world around them and themselves. There are benefits to planting trees. Besides the fact that there will be more oxygen around the world, there will be more habitats for animals such as birds and squirrels to live in. Trees absorb tremendous amounts of carbon dioxide, meaning there will be less greenhouse gases, effectively leading to the reversal of global warming. It doesn't even cost much to plant a tree. Get a seed, put it in the dirt, and water it every now and again. Eventually, the plant will do all the work autonomously.
