I read books daily.

I read books daily.
I am a first-generation high school graduate, educator, school leader, and single mother of two. For nearly a decade, I have worked in education across the United States and Cambodia, inspired by the belief that one caring teacher can change the course of a child’s life. My work has focused on child development, wellbeing, and creating learning environments where every student feels seen, supported, and empowered to thrive. My experiences with motherhood, grief, postpartum depression, anxiety, and a late ADHD diagnosis have shaped both my personal journey and professional practice. These experiences deepened my understanding of the connection between emotional wellbeing and learning, strengthening my commitment to compassionate, holistic education. After leading wellbeing initiatives within international schools, I discovered a calling at the intersection of education, mental health, and spiritual care. As I work toward advanced studies ,I hope to support schools that integrate academic excellence with holistic wellbeing, and social justice, helping students connect deeply, think critically, and engage compassionately with the world around them.
