    Bold Giving Scholarship
Selfless generosity is like electricity. The honest care that a mother gives, or the time teachers sacrifice can shock me out of a dragging day. That shocking feeling softens my heart every time, because the kindest people make you want to give back. Oftentimes, giving can be used like a wolf in sheep's clothing; where self-promotion is wrapped in sincerity. Therefore, I've searched for the flaws in selfless people as a way to unmask the possible deceptions. This habit is the reason that the honest generosity I recognize occurs rarely, but always intensely. Giving is important to me because this electrifying feeling grounds me to the world and my place in it. When someone gives, they also sacrifice. These sacrifices kindle the humanity in everyone, and encourage me to stop questioning the intentions of someone else, but what I can do with my kindness. When I stop wasting time on the quality of what is given to me I give myself the chance to open up. I give myself the chance to see the world in a refreshing way and how I can help make it better.
