Hello, I'm Naomi Romero, a senior at Vista Murrieta High School , and I am thrilled about the prospect of this scholarship as it would greatly assist me in reaching my educational aspirations. Being the first in my family to pursue college directly after high school, this opportunity holds a huge significance for me.Throughout my academic journey, I have dedicated myself to diligent work and community service with the hope of shaping a brighter future for myself. My ambition is to become a Medical Diagnostic Sonographer, and securing this scholarship would alleviate the financial pressures associated with my educational pursuits. Since my middle school years, I have actively engaged in various community initiatives, including church services, events, food packaging drives, school fairs, babysitting, Sunday school teaching, and even vaccine clinics. I am resolute in my commitment to making a positive impact within my community whenever possible. Additionally, during my high school years, I have actively participated in clubs and sports like Cheer and Track as well as co founder of a Culinary Club and Vice President of the Diversity and Inclusion Program, while also managing my time between these extracurricular activities and academic responsibilities.
