I want to pursue a career in teaching because I am passionate about positively impacting students' lives and helping shape the future generation. I love helping others and having an organized schedule. My goal is to help push kids in the right direction. Walking with them as they grow and figure out what they want to do in the workforce and how to get there. Teaching is a lovely career. I chose this field because of my personality, skills, and the freedom of creativity. My personality lines up with this career better than any other. When you are teaching you can learn something too and I love learning new things. Creativity is important to pique curiosity and to grow. Education isn't a path meant for everyone. This path is best for those who are interested in working with a tough crowd. Someone with integrity, responsibility, emotional intelligence, and creativity. Teachers don't have time to procrastinate as they have many responsibilities. You're always busy taking care of kids or grading papers. I need a full schedule. Every job requires certain skill sets. Teaching kids requires collaboration, communication, leadership, adaptability, critical thinking, analysis, and good listening skills. These skills will help me not only in school but in life. I want this career because I love helping others. In this position, I can make sure kids have a healthy learning environment, someone to talk to, and structure. Creativity allows not only kids but adults to express themselves. I can show kids that it's okay to think outside the box and to use their imagination. Being open with students makes them more likely to open up to you, which is important in any relationship. I want kids to feel comfortable asking for help and making mistakes since they help you grow. Overall, my passion for creating a positive impact on society is a huge motivation and reason behind why I chose to pursue this career. I will try my absolute best to help anyone in need. I think it's important for everyone to have a schedule, especially adolescents. I hope my efforts allow them to succeed in their futures and goals.
