For as long as I can remember music has been my safe space. Music has a particular way of helping me, not only express myself but it's also helped me internalize my emotions no matter what I'm going through. In fact, I started performing because I wanted others who've experienced what life has to offer (good and bad) to know they aren't alone through their struggles and triumphs. Performing on stage makes me feel more in touch with my emotions than anything else ever has, that's why I decided to go to school for Musical Theatre. While my first year had a lot of ups and downs and was nothing like I expected, I'm so incredibly grateful for each and every moment I experienced my first year of college and I can't wait to see what the rest has in store!
