The way that i would contribute is that i would become a recreational therapist, I’ve been to the mental hospital seven times, every time i never feel like I am being helped. When you are in there though those kids only get THREE days a week to do something recreational thats not enough time outside or in the gym or doing art. My main goal in life is to help someone when they are down and be able to help them grow and realize they are not alone. I’d make it my job to focus on what the children have to say other than what staff has to say because truthfully some kids need different accommodations. It’s not playing favorites but i would want to be involved with the lower class and foster care. I want to change the world especially being a black women , other black kids will look down and see they are not alone in this.
