As a first-generation African American of Nigerian origin, I am passionate about my cultural heritage and representing my community. I engage in civic lessons and activities to enhance my knowledge in the law of society to help make my hometown, Baltimore, a better place. I have been an active member of the Black Student Union at my school for several years and participate in discussions that are relevant in our society, regarding social injustice, gender equality, and other civil rights issues. I am a devoted person especially when it comes to helping others in my community and raising awareness about the issues we face. My life goal is to become a neurologist and help find cures for prominent neurological diseases.
