My name is Morgan Robles. I am an adult student returning to school with ambitions to change the direction of my career path. I aspire to work in the medical field as a medical coder, auditor, and health care advocate for population health. Healthcare workers are a type of hero; however, there are also many behind-the-scene workers that heavily influence and support the healthcare industry outside of nurses and doctors. I have had the privilege of working in the business development department of this industry and look forward to furthering my knowledge, influence, and expertise to become not only a direct worker in the medical field but a leader as well. I have made the difficult decision to step back from my sales career to focus on furthering my education and accelerate my career growth as a medical coder. Scholarship opportunities will aid with this process. Outside of school, you can find me walking my dog in nature trails, reading the latest and greatest self-help books, learning about Enneagrams and various personalities that make people unique yet very similar, and various sports for exercise.
