Good afternoon my name is Monze I am a junior in high school, i vision my self as a nurse in the future cause I knew since I was a 5 years old when I saw the in the television kids suffering with cancer and that's when I knew I wanted to be a nurse for kids and help kids and being the first generation on being a nurse and going to college and get my bachelors and hoping I can help my parents get a new house and make them retire from working and letting me work and pay off everything they have given me to achieve and come this far in life and knowing they been on my side with bad/good and giving me a good life my whole life as growing in a humble home first coming from Arizona to coming and moving to Furthermore, I commit to investing in the future of the nursing profession through mentorship and clinical education. I see myself precepting nursing students and new graduates, instilling in them not just technical proficiency, but a deep commitment to patient advocacy and compassionate, holistic care. By fostering new generations of empathetic and competent nurses, I will extend my positive influence far beyond my own patient panel.Beyond direct patient care, I will invest in the future of the profession by becoming a clinical mentor, guiding new nurses and students. My goal is to multiply my positive influence by teaching and advocating for better health resources for those who need them most.my goal is to serve marginalized communities by focusing on preventive health education. I plan to work in a local clinic, developing hands-on wellness programs that empower people to manage chronic conditions proactively.
