Bio

I believe that we're all connected by inextricably linked systems of nerves, care, and community. As a queer Asian-American child of immigrants with a lifetime of experience contending with the symptoms of (CPTSD, bulimia, addiction)—and healing from—intergenerational and interpersonal trauma, I've grown passionate about culturally connected, trauma-responsive mental and emotional healthcare. I believe that it's my responsibility—and privilege—as a cycle breaker to co-create safe healing spaces for fellow marginalized humans. Which is why, after over a decade in the creative marketing field, I'm currently pursuing a master's degree in mental health counseling. Because one of the kindest things we can do for each other is ensure no one suffers alone.
