To correctly epitomize my future self, and my vocational goal, I must first explain myself in the present. High school senior. Obnoxiously ambitious. Overly kind. Ultimate random idea creator. Morning person. Delightfully sensitive. Preeminent adaptor. An autobiography lover who is easily inspired. The first thought that comes to my mind when conceptualizing myself ten years from now, after pursuing my surpassing goal, is being addressed as....Dr. Elise Hicks: the newest pediatric surgeon at a Children’s or St. Jude Hospital. With my boldness and independence seeping through, I am maturing into a strong willed, empowered woman who fears no challenge. My other life goals include traveling the world to build medical clinics and food shelters in third world countries.Ultimately, after years of experience and financial security, I want to build my own surgical hospital and conduct a clinical trial in hope to cure/better childhood cancer. I hope to have a big family, and instill kindness and love into their souls. I am most passionate about people. Kids, mothers, fathers, grandparents...everyone. I am an exceptional soul when it comes to children. I am passionate about helping humans, in the worst times. I know I can help. I am a great candidate because I will and have never quit trying my absolute hardest when it comes to my passion: learning and helping.
