Bio

I am currently working on my Bachelor's in Business Management with a Certification in Human Resources. I received my Associates Degree in Business Management in 2021 with a GPA of 3.975, but then took a year and a half break to establish my position at my current place of employment and spend time with my family. With this degree, I either plan on furthering my career where I am at, or would help my husband with his Computer Repair business. I currently am the District Manager at Gaming Generations, a small business in Wisconsin. I'm a very hard worker and aspire to reach my educational goals to show my children that working hard pays off and establishes your future.

I first began my journey in sales several years ago, but really decided to make it a career in 2021 when I began working at Gaming Generations. At Gaming Generations, we buy and sell video games, as well as repair phones, tablets, laptops, and consoles. Being in sales with this business has really shown me how rewarding and fun it can be to help someone find their new video game console or to see the excitement in a child's eye when they see the Pokemon plush they've been working so hard to earn. Seeing the joy and happiness that we can provide for our customers is really what motivated me to pursue sales/business management as a lifelong career. When I first started working at Gaming Generations, I was in my last semester for my Associate's Degree in Business Management. With this degree in hand a few months later, I was offered the Store Manager position. Being in this position has shown me how intricate the field really is. Sales, expenses, salaries, and staffing are all huge aspects that I work with every single day. I spent a year and a half now dedicating myself to the cause of this small business, working on establishing myself and bringing in more revenue. Now that I have established myself, I have been given the opportunity to become the District Manager. Because of this promotion, I decided that I would love to broaden my education and skill level to accommodate for the new tasks I will be taking on. Staying busy is important to me and I always need to be on the go, which is what drives me to do better in everything I do. My three children always see me on the go and working hard, which I hope will be a live lesson that they learn from me. They are my main reason for going back to school to receive my Bachelor's in business management. My children are my inspiration and motivation to keep moving and pushing forward to not only better my life, but theirs as well. Sales, to me, is not just making money and pulling in the profits. This career has allowed me to build so many relationships with my customers, my staff, and other businesses. Being here to help is my drive and I hope that furthering my education will give me even more knowledge to continue to help.
