As a dedicated nurse and a proud first-generation college graduate, I am currently advancing my career by pursuing a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN). With a deep-rooted passion for helping others, my professional journey has predominantly focused on serving marginalized communities. Recognizing the critical need for mental health support, I am specializing as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (Psych NP). My aspiration is to strengthen the representation of Black professionals in mental health fields and to provide compassionate, culturally competent care to those in need. This dedication to advancing healthcare and supporting underrepresented groups fuels my application for scholarships, aiming to broaden my impact and continue my professional development.
