  Mission:

  Horizon is an organization that aims to provide a summer camp for disabled adults to go for one week in a year and disregard their disabilities and focus on endless possibilities. Those who are able-bodied are paired with those who have physical disabilities and typically depend on wheelchairs for mobility. Through the pairing, individuals overcome limitations, develop responsibility, and learn that physical differences should never act as a barrier to friendships.
