Hello! As a lifelong learner and world traveler, my passions lie in exploring human consciousness, our communication and relationships with non-human beings, as well as holistic healing modalities to support emotional, physical, mental, and spiritual health and wellbeing. Needless to say, I’m very passionate about the ethics and integrity of ensuring high quality care. As a child and young adult, I’ve witnessed many mental health crisis in my family, community, and with strangers alike. I was constantly learning techniques and gaining wisdom through life experience to respond to these crisis with grace, a regulated nervous system, and courage. After a close friend of mine died by suicide, I decided to commit my life to supporting people of all backgrounds with mental health challenges through holistic health care. I am deeply committed to helping others through emotional and mental health support needs in professional and informal settings. I find that getting to the root of health issues, while also tending to the inner soil that nourishes each being a fascinating and sometimes treacherous journey. My work and path aims to support and guide people in coming home to themselves with somatically tangible and trauma-informed resources/care and to increase accessibility to mental health resources. My current pursuit is earning an MSc of Psychology focused on Psychedelics: Mind, Medicine, and Culture at the University of Exeter and pursuing ethnographic research in the intersection of neuroscience and psychology, altered states of consciousness, and peace and conflict studies.
