The use of online gaming forums decreases a persons social interaction Abilities.since the age of 11 i was desperately angry with my parent because they wouldnt allow me to have a phone like all my friends since 6 grade little kids start having phones and electronics.I was even bullied for not having a phone.it was difficult for me in quarentene when i spend months without a phone or any social because my parents wouldnt allow me to use my school computer for personal use.i use to get so bore that i started reading and playing more and interacting more with my little sliblings.The only thingj i jad to communicate was a flip phone and thats where i would call family members and friends for hours so i wouldnt get bored thats when i started to develop more social interacting skills.During that time when i went to family parties or started going to school i use to feel very uncomtarble because no one tried to socialize instead they would use their electronics.ever sice then i started to notice how my friends use to react when going out they would be more awkard and would get very nervous when ordering food from stores they would tell me i have social anxiety and i would have to order for them i even had friend that got panic attacks out of nowhere.That why i think that using electronics decreases a persons ability to socialize and takes away many opportunities and experiences for them.
