However, shortly after childbirth, I was diagnosed with postpartum depression, a challenge I had never encountered before. This experience profoundly affected my ability to focus on my studies and maintain a healthy work-life balance. I realized that neglecting my mental health would hinder my ability to be the student, mother, and individual I aspired to be.
