Driven by a passion for advancing health equity, I am committed to creating lasting, positive change for marginalized populations, particularly survivors of violence. With a Master of Public Health from the University of Washington and a background in medical anthropology and global health, my work focuses on the intersection of research, policy, and advocacy.
I have contributed more than 2,500 hours to community service, volunteered as a domestic violence and sexual assault advocate, and conducted research to address gaps in support systems for survivors. My projects, including work on commercial sexual exploitation of children in Seattle and advocacy for survivors with disabilities, demonstrate my dedication to driving systemic change and improving access to equitable healthcare.
Currently applying to PhD programs to deepen my expertise, I aim to lead efforts in violence research and health policy, leveraging data-driven and stakeholder-engaged insights to inform policies that better serve underserved communities.
