Bio

My life goals are to live a successful life, in short. Seeing others around me happy is also something I deeply care about. I think I am a great candidate partly because I have received many honors in the past. I was inducted in the National Honor Society in my junior year of high school, where I was also the secretary of the program my senior year of high school. I was also inducted both the Science National Honor Society and Italian National Honor Society in my sophomore year of high school. I was admitted into the Pinnacle Scholars program upon committing to my college of Stevens Institute of Technology. I received various awards for my commitment such as various awards from volunteer clubs such as Key Club I was involved in, I was deemed the "Winter Student Athlete" at my school where the senior with the highest GPA and is involved in a winter sport was nominated, where I even ended my high school chapter as the Class of 2021 Salutatorian. The other reason why I feel I deserve these awards is because I started from the very bottom when I was younger, where I was aided through both elementary and middle school due to my diagnosis of autism, specifically Asperger's Syndrome. Going from held back classes when I was younger to 7 AP classes in high school still baffles me today how dedicated I am with my studies. I see myself as a role model to the people I grew up with because I grew up meeting people a lot like me, with mental disorders. Seeing all of the awards I got on top of this, it proves how anything is truly possible if you put your mind to it.
