I use running in nature as a form of escapism and let go out life’s distractions and conflicts. I feel as though I am not enough a lot, and using nature as a way to get away from people allows me to truest be in the presence of myself without the free of judgement from others. All though I am completely alone in times of pure self reflection in nature, while running, I feel the most happy and fulfilled at time.
