Hi, I'm Mary Grace. My friends call me Gracie. I am so excited to start my college experience in the Fall at Trevecca Nazarene University in Nashville, TN! I chose this particular college for my next steps in life because I want to major in intercultural studies and focus on education. I love and speak fluent Spanish, and I enjoy practicing by speaking to people in their own language! Growing up in a diverse school with a large Hispanic population, I developed a deep passion for Hispanic culture, and that love intensified on a trip to Costa Rica. That was the trip that made me realize that this joy was part of my calling to serve. I recently graduated Bethany High School, where I served as secretary of the Senior class. I also held office on Student Council, National Honor Society, and enjoyed my time as Vice President of Fellowship of Christian Athletes. I was a vital part of the varsity Bronchos football team as a trainer from Sophomore to Senior year. I found my love for football as a varsity cheerleader my freshman year. I relished being in leadership roles and being so involved in student life. Student government will continue to be something I'll pursue in college. I love babysitting, baking, and checking out thrift stores with my friends. I love life and I am excited to see what the future holds!
