My name is Mark Heil and I am 25 years old. About three and a half years ago I realized my life passion was helping others, and since then I have been on a non-stop train pursuing my dreams. Becoming a nurse means more to me than words can express; it is a stepping stone into the vastness the medical field provides - opportunities, education, experience, and community. I want to work my way up to becoming an NP, with my own practice. This will afford me the ability to provide Christian centered care, while also maintaining Christian centered work ethics. In my downtime, I love to get away on an adventure with my wife! Camping, horseback riding, parasailing, and more! I love a good laugh, and learning how to navigate life one day at a time. I am a good candidate for this scholarship because I am a dedicated, hard-working student. I have maintained a GPA level of 3.5 or greater continuously, and work each day to better my knowledge and understanding in school. Thank you for your consideration.
