I am an aspiring ophthalmologist with dreams of opening my own private practice! Ever since I job shadowed an ophthalmologist in the 8th grade, I have been passionate about ophthalmology and medicine as a whole. I am also incredibly passionate about volunteering. Over my high school years, I have accumulated hundreds of volunteer hours---I love to be involved. I am also very passionate about tutoring and helping students learn as I cofounded a tutoring group at my high school and am currently a tutor for biology in my high school. I also have extensive leadership skills as I am a club executive for Model United Nations as well as the Muslim Student Association at my high school! I would love to receive a scholarship to fuel my dreams!
