Ever since I was younger I knew I wanted to work in mental health. I originally wanted to be a thearipst but I truly do want to make a difference so i’ve redirected to Psychiatric nursing. It is more hands on and works with the more medical side of mental health. Mental health is often stigmatized because it is not physically seen like physiological illnesses. I want to work to reverse and advocate against this stigma.
