Hello, My name is Makaleigh Vega. I'm from Dennison, Ohio. I go to Lourdes University. My major is Nursing. I participate on the Women's Golf Team at Lourdes. I am a 3rd year and will be in my 2nd semester of Lourdes College of Nursing in fall of 2022. One of my biggest goals is to be a travel nurse. I know that many companies that hire travel nurses look for experience in the field before they are hired, so I will have to work in a hospital for a few years before applying to become a travel nurse. The main reason that I want to go into travel nursing is because I am somewhat who does not like to stay in placed for very long periods of time. I like to move around and learn new things. Many people that I have talked about travel nursing told me that they learned some many new things, not even just with nursing but also about different cultures. I am very much a people person and I love learning about different cultures. I also love traveling and seeing new places and learning new things about different places. All of these would be interagated into my job so why would I not want to be apoart of travel nursing.
