I was told to change the world, but had no clue when to start. I realized, though, that you probably have already changed the world without even knowing it. From simple acts of kindness for others, like volunteering or even just smiling at strangers, you have changed the world for the better in someone's life. Those small acts of kindness can help make a big impact on others. As an aspiring business owner, lawyer, and someone who wants to help give back to my community and my world, I found helping others to be one of my main life focuses. I love anything reading and writing related. I also have a passion for helping others through my hobbies and interests, like baking and seeking justice for others. I also love learning about others' stories, and I have a passion for mental health and self-care. I want to help others through law, not just on a physical level, but in an emotional way. I am additionally a sabre fence,r teaching me important logic and reasoning skills, and I would like to pursue fencing in college and at higher levels.

JobTest Career Coach Scholarship for Law Students
From the highs to lows in life, there have been many life lessons I've had to learn, but one stands out the most to me. Most of the time, no one is coming to help you; you and only you can get that high grade, win that tournament, or help others. No one else can help you achieve your life goals; it is empathy and passion that help make people successful and understanding in our world. With these important skills, I have learned the reality that to change the world, you must first change your mindset. I have always wanted to go into law; I remember arguing about unfair inflation prices of overpriced plastic toys when I was little. Desiring to help make the seemingly small things just, I discovered how to make a meaningful impact in my world and community, Law. Now that I am in high school, I am actively involved in my school's high school debate team in Public Forum. I have learned the importance of in-depth and accurate research, fighting for a cause that you're passionate about, and helping seek solutions for national or world issues. My desired career path is law because of the large impact you can make on countless people's lives for the better. I am currently in debate because of how I am prepping for real skills needed for law like speaking, passion, empathy, persuaison and understanding. As a female debater in an underprivileged school, I have faced some challenges in the debate world, but regardless, I have continued with one goal in mind: fighting for what I'm passionate about. I also have a passion and talent for sabre fencing. From fencing bouts to discipline and training, I have learned to work hard and persevere. I intend to use theses skills I'm passionate about to help me go to the colleges of my dreams. Although it's been harder for me financially to be able to go to my dream school like Yale, Stanford, or Georgetown for their exceptional law programs, I want to persevere and pursue my law career in a prestigious university. I want to go to such a prestigious university to help reach and impact the most people during my career. I additionally want to use my skills in debate to continue to research and look at the issues in our world in hopes of helping find solutions. I want to help make others feel safe and secure from issues that they may struggle with. With my in-depth research skills and passion for helping others and solving problems, I feel passionate about joining the amazing and impactful career of law to change lives one day.

Growing up in an underprivileged rural area since I was little, I quickly gravitated to animals for safety and comfort. Animals, especially horses, made me passionate to be with and help others with my passion for all things equestrian. Over the years, one thing has never changed: my love for horses, ponies, to quarter horese and stallions I love them all and how unique they are. I have been lucky with the ability to be around horses in stables as I was growing up, even though my parents couldn't afford one of the beautiful animals. I have recently done research and had a larger interest in not just being around a small number of people who show the same passion for horses and agriculture but a community working to create impactful change for horses all across the country. I am currently involved in a wonderful equestrian 4-H club that loves to go into in-depth and diverse conversations. We talk about how we can protect and improve living conditions for horses from our community to nationwide. One of our recent projects is to help spread and raise awareness about horse slaughterhouses for meat. As eye-opening and as horrible as these places were for horses, I realized that there is always an unfair and unjust thing happening near us in our everyday lives. I also concluded that you can't wait for someone to do something; you need to help to be the change for the greater. By our members trying to help get involved and stop perfectly capable but unwanted horses from getting harmed, I noticed that one small action that our club made helped save the lives of so many innocent and beautiful horses from slaughterhouses to loving families. It has always been hard for me to see others with a horse or two in stables when getting one wasn't possible. Even though I sometimes feel like the odd one out or not belonging in the horse community for not having a cool horse, I know now that it's not about how cool or how many horses you have. The main part of being in the equestrian community is to have a shared sense of passion to create a better future for all horses. I have additionally done many other service projects with 4-H and have learned so much, from how to correctly tack a horse to how to feed them in freezing temperatures. Overall, from helping in stables to projects in my 4-H club, I now realize that all you need to be in the horse community is to love and care about horses and to help others raise awareness to speak up and combat equine mistreatment. I would never be where I am today without horses. from life skills to a sense of peace with them, I am eternally grateful to be able to care for and be around the beautiful
and complex animals that we like to call horses.

Hogsnorts School of Crafts
Let me tell you a story about a boy named Timmy. Timmy came down to his parents slowly terrified about what crazy thing might happen today. As he slowly walked down the stairs he heard his very angry mother as normal screaming and throwing yarn and macrame at his father Harry. This was normal for little Timmy to see when his mother had gotten tired of Harry when he was blasting emo music and giving himself a dreadful side part to cover the scar that he called an "artistic masterpiece". When he came down he asked about the only thing his parents agreed on The Academy of Hogsnorts School of Crafts, a beautiful place where the art of arts and crafts was learned. Timmy gathered his courage to ask about this academy while his mother was fighting and screaming at the neighborhood cat for ruining her macrame masterpieces, while his dad was in the corner cranking up a speaker. Timmy asked his mother Ginny and his father why Hogsnorts School of Crafts was so important and that he thought it was a waste of time. Timmy also insisted that he had a promising career as a doctor. His mother threw the cat into the neighbor's backyard and slowly approached Timmy. She looked at Harry as he turned off the speaker something that Timmy had never seen before. Ginny and Harry gasped in unison and asked Timmy to start packing for a special vacation that they had planned for him. Tmmy was Excited since they had only ever taken vacations to see Dumbledore the master of macrame. As Timmy packed his things, he rushed back down to the craft table where his parents were waiting for him. Ginny and Harry had a big surprise for him. Ginny told Timmy to open the box and Timmy was left speechless with what what was in the box. Harry and Ginny were grinning in the back while Timmy was shocked to find his surprise adoption papers. Ginny was cackling in the back saying that they were taking a trip to the orphanage. Sadly Timmy got into his mom's van with Harry's music on full blast. His mom went over 95 in a school zone, scaring many unassuming schoolchildren eager to go to the orphanage. When they arrived the orphanage was overgrown with flowers and paintings on it. Timmy looked at his surroundings sighing accepting his new home. Ginny and Harry were both walking up fast to the door with Harry scowling and looking at his Doc Martins, while Ginny was humming. They meet the man operating the orphanage frolicking gleefully and meditating in the field of daisies talking about how beautiful today was. Harry nodded to the owner Draco Mulfay while he frolicked up to Timmy. He was so delighted that he could join them. Timmy sighed while Draco handed him a bouquet. Ginny and Harry explained the dire situation that Timmy wanted to be a doctor while cringing. Draco gasped as a fellow Hogsnorts graduate was outraged by Timmy ruining the family name because he wanted to be a doctor. He led him inside where Timmy grew up and eventually became a doctor despite Draco's meditational attempts according to Hogsnort's standards a disappointing career choice. "Now this is what happens when you don't want to be a Hogsnorts student this is why you should go to Hogsnorts Academy Ruby," said Ginny. 'Wait didn't I have a brother named Timmy? Ginny and Harry looked at each other and said that it was not important while handing Ruby a Hognsorts brochure.
