Bio

I have recently been accepted to Howard University’s MSW program. I will be studying to become a License Clinical Social Worker pursuing the Direct Practice specialization. I will be starting in the September. My life goals include utilizing my time and gifts to serve others and to remain a life long learner. I am a natural encourager and I am passionate about helping others thrive. I am fascinated with the mind and why we do the things we do. I enjoy helping others learn to recognize and then break free from patterns of behavior that no longer serve them and discover new ways to experience their lives fully. I am also passionate about social justice, health equity, and criminal justice reform. I am looking forward to becoming an LCSW to merge both passions and become better equipped to impact our world.
