Why are you an artist? Why theatre? Wouldn’t you rather have a job where you make more money? Why not just volunteer, treat theatre like your hobby? Doesn’t the instability scare you? These are just a few of the countless questions I get asked all of the time and do you want to know my answer? Whenever I answer these questions these two thoughts always come into my mind. THEE quote by Confucius “Choose a job you love, and you will never have to work a day in your life.” Along with the saying, time flies when you’re having fun.
