Hello, I'm Lyla Gerber. I am currently a junior at an Early Collegiate High School and a dual credit student at the local community college. My dream is to go to a four-year university after I graduate to get my bachelor's degree. After I get my bachelor's degree, my goal is to go to law school and become a lawyer who deals with family law. What I want more than anything is to be able to help people. This is one of the reasons why I volunteer in my community. Being a family lawyer will give me the opportunities to do pro bono work for low-income and under represented individuals.
