Hi, My name Is Luciano Tello Roig, I’m eighteen years old, and I’m Hispanic-Latino and Italian American. My hobbies include art by drawing anime characters of my own and creating short animations of my own. I also like to do sports like basketball and football. I’m also a fan of wrestling programs such as WWE and AEW. I’m the type of person to value all rights of man or woman; no matter what race or ethnicity you are. Another thing I value is family; always being there for one another. showing support for one another no matter the cost. One of my education goals is to qualify for FIT or SVA College in New York because it will allow me the best education to reach my future career job. It will also allow me to not deal with too much college tuition due to it offering good financial aid and benefits for all the students who are attending college. Another educational goal is reaching for my bachelor's and master's degrees from college because it allow me to achieve my career job which is to become an animator. One of my career goals is to become an animator and create an original series about my characters. I want my work to be acknowledged by my general audience and bring wonder and enjoyment to the minds of the viewers. This will inspire many people to be inspired to become animators such as I was once when I was younger. Finally, my last career goal is to work for a high-ranking animation company that creates popular anime. This will allow me to influence and spread my ideas worldwide. One connection between Patrick and myself is coming from Italian backgrounds. My ancestors first came from Italy, but left to find better opportunities in different countries. Then they arrived in Peru where most of the family still reside. Then my mother immigrated to the U.S where in New York now my family resides. Another connection we have is we fight for the union but for different causes. I want to fight for animator unions due to the injustice fact that many animators have low wages and horrible working conditions. Animators work hard for many hours, days, and even months for anime shows to become successful. Animators deserve the right to have better wages and better working conditions for all their sacrifices to help make these shows happen.

Volunteering at the Queens County Farm Museum provided a profound opportunity to impact the community by supporting both historical preservation and educational outreach. As a Farm Community Volunteer, I contributed to the museum’s mission by assisting with a variety of tasks designed to engage and educate the public. My involvement included facilitating educational programs for local students, where I helped organize interactive activities such as planting seeds and caring for farm animals. These programs aimed to bridge the gap between urban life and agricultural practices, fostering a deeper understanding of farming and sustainability among young learners. In addition to educational initiatives, I played a key role in supporting the museum’s seasonal events, which are integral to community engagement and fundraising efforts. I assisted with preparations for events such as the Harvest Festival and the Spring Fling, ensuring that each event was both successful and enjoyable for attendees. By helping to set up, manage activities, and interact with visitors, I contributed to creating memorable experiences that celebrated agricultural traditions and brought the community together. Furthermore, my volunteer work extended to the daily operations of the farm, where I took on essential tasks such as maintaining the gardens, caring for livestock, and preserving the museum’s historic structures. These efforts were crucial in keeping the farm functional and welcoming to visitors. Through my contributions, I supported the museum’s goal of preserving local heritage and providing a valuable educational resource, thus making a meaningful impact on the community and enhancing public appreciation for agricultural history. I want to work as an animator to inspire future generations and foster creativity through captivating visual storytelling. Animation offers a unique platform to bring imaginative worlds and characters to life, and I aim to use this medium to spark curiosity and encourage viewers to explore their own creative ideas. By creating engaging and thought-provoking content, I hope to show that art and imagination can be powerful tools for personal expression and problem-solving. My goal is to craft animations that not only entertain but also convey meaningful messages and diverse perspectives. By tackling various themes and presenting them in innovative ways, I want to challenge audiences to think critically and empathetically. This approach can motivate young people to pursue their passions and embrace their creative potential. Ultimately, I aspire to leave a lasting impact by inspiring others to harness their creativity and contribute positively to the world. Through my work, I hope to encourage a new generation of artists and thinkers to follow their dreams and make their mark.

Hello, Luciano Tello Roig is my name. My family is Peruvian-Hispanic, with some Italian ancestry. I am eighteen years old. Using my tablet, I like to sketch and make quick animations. I also enjoy watching wrestling shows like AEW and WWE. Additionally, I have volunteered at the Queens County Farm Museum, where my tasks included cleaning up trash from the farm resort and restoring dying plants. I also volunteered at another farm close to Flushing called Farm Community Volunteer. It was almost the same duties as the other, but we could feed the animals like pigs and rosters. The financial need that I have as I enter into higher education is tuition. The cost of tuition varies depending on the institution and program I choose to attend. Financial assistance towards tuition would significantly alleviate the burden of paying for academic courses and educational resources. As well as Housing and Accommodation because Living on or near campus is often a practical necessity for students to fully engage in academic and extracurricular activities. Financial aid towards housing costs would enable me to focus on my studies without the stress of finding affordable accommodation. Ensuring the safety of children and youth from bullying, whether in-person or online, requires a comprehensive approach that involves education, awareness, and proactive intervention. In our community, we prioritize education and awareness campaigns aimed at both children and adults. We conduct workshops in schools and community centers to educate students about recognizing bullying behaviors and understanding the impact it can have on others. These sessions also emphasize the importance of empathy, respect, and standing up against bullying. To address in-person bullying, we have established clear anti-bullying policies in schools and community organizations. These policies outline procedures for reporting incidents and ensure swift and appropriate responses from teachers and administrators. Increasing adult supervision in areas where bullying may occur, such as playgrounds and school buses, helps to prevent incidents and provides immediate support to students in need. Online safety is equally prioritized through workshops and seminars focused on digital citizenship. We educate children about safe internet practices, privacy settings, and the consequences of cyberbullying. Parents are encouraged to monitor their children's online activity and engage in open discussions about their experiences online. In collaboration with local law enforcement and mental health professionals, we have established reporting mechanisms for cyberbullying incidents. Prompt intervention and support for both victims and perpetrators are essential to creating a safe online environment. By fostering a community-wide commitment to kindness, respect, and proactive intervention, we strive to create a safe and supportive environment where children and youth can thrive both in-person and online, free from the harms of bullying.

The Bible, a text revered across cultures and religions, holds within its pages profound narratives that resonate through time with enduring meaning. Among its many stories, none perhaps is as central and impactful as the narrative of Jesus Christ's sacrificial death and resurrection. This essay delves into the underlying theological meaning of this pivotal event, focusing on its implications for humanity's relationship with God and the profound theological truths it embodies. At the heart of the Christian faith lies the belief in Jesus Christ as the incarnate Son of God who, out of love and obedience to His Father, willingly suffered and died on the cross for the redemption of humanity. This act of sacrificial atonement, as depicted in the Gospels, is not merely a historical event but a profound theological statement about the nature of God and His plan for salvation. Central to understanding this narrative is the concept of sin and its consequences. The Bible teaches that sin, defined as disobedience to God's will, separates humanity from a holy and perfect God (Romans 3:23). The penalty for sin is death—both physical and spiritual separation from God (Romans 6:23). This fundamental understanding sets the stage for the significance of Jesus' sacrifice: He who knew no sin became sin for us (2 Corinthians 5:21), taking upon Himself the punishment that humanity deserved. The theological depth of Jesus' sacrificial death is illuminated by exploring several key themes. Firstly, it underscores the justice of God. Throughout the Old Testament, God's justice is portrayed as unwavering and perfect, demanding retribution for sin. In the sacrificial system of ancient Israel, the shedding of blood was required for the forgiveness of sins (Leviticus 17:11). Jesus' death on the cross fulfills this requirement once and for all, satisfying God's justice while demonstrating His mercy and love (Romans 5:8). Secondly, Jesus' sacrifice reveals the depth of God's love for humanity. John 3:16 famously declares, "For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life." This act of divine love is not conditional but freely offered to all who repent and believe in Jesus as their Savior. It is a love that surpasses human understanding, as Paul describes in Ephesians 3:18-19, rooted in Christ's sacrificial death and resurrection. Furthermore, the narrative of Jesus' sacrificial death points towards the victory over sin and death. In dying on the cross and rising again on the third day, Jesus conquered the powers of darkness and secured eternal life for all who believe in Him (1 Corinthians 15:54-57). His resurrection is the ultimate confirmation of His identity as the Son of God and the promise of resurrection for believers, affirming the hope of eternal life in God's presence. The theological implications of Jesus' sacrificial death extend beyond individual salvation to cosmic reconciliation. The apostle Paul describes this cosmic dimension in Colossians 1:19-20, stating that through Christ, God reconciled to himself all things, whether things on earth or things in heaven, by making peace through his blood, shed on the cross. This reconciliation speaks to the restoration of all creation to its intended state of harmony and wholeness under God's sovereign rule. In conclusion, the narrative of Jesus Christ's sacrificial death and resurrection is not merely a historical account but a profound theological statement about the nature of God, the reality of sin, and the hope of redemption. It reveals God's justice and mercy intertwined, His boundless love for humanity, and His ultimate triumph over sin and death. This narrative stands as the cornerstone of Christian faith, offering believers assurance of forgiveness, reconciliation with God, and the promise of eternal life. As such, it continues to inspire and transform lives, inviting all who hear its message to embrace the grace and truth found in Jesus Christ alone.
