I am an art student from Southern California. I am passionate about sustainability, visual arts, service, and public health--addiction medicine in particular. I founded and run a sustainable fashion business called Whale Berry (whaleberryla.com) and an online and print teen zine (recesszine.com). I spend my weekends painting my friends, suturing bananas, listening to the band Rainbow Kitten Surprise, and logging movies on Letterboxd. In the future, I hope to continue researching substance use disorder treatments and eventually become an addiction medicine physician.
