Having been witness of close relatives falling victims to a predominant disease ( Leukemia/ also known as blood cancer) and passing away as a result, my passion for medicine increased. My goal is to be able to contribute to the field and aid by researching methods that will lessen mortality rate to different diseases as well as to work in a vaccine that will stop their increased mutations on the human body. Now more than ever, the apparition of a new virus has put many people in danger (especially people with pre-existing health conditions), i only wish to graduate to pursue a career as an epidemiologist.
