Mission:I served as the sole representative for ~45,000 students in Utah’s 4th educational district from 2023 through 2025. Collectively, my council represents the state’s 590,000 students to advise the Board of Education (USBE) on pivotal policies such as cell phone bans, fee waivers, health education, and more. We meet with the Board, state legislators and USBE staff to ensure student perspectives are properly considered in these significant decisions. As a Communications Subcommittee member, I specialized in uplifting school spirit, teacher appreciation, and peer inclusion initiatives.
