In the city of Phoenix, I have contributed in many ways not only for the people living in it, but for nature as well. Kiwanis International is a global community of clubs, members and partners dedicated to improving the lives of children one community at a time. In the past 2 months, I have volunteered at a "Ranch Day" where we would serve the foster children who may be going through a tough time, the ranch day would provide them to let go of those worry's and have a fun time with many activities that me and many other volunteers have done. I have also volunteered at the State Fair to assist the Disabled children with assisting to the rides as well as being there to have a great time with them. I am excited to volunteer for the upcoming Laveen Barbeque this weekend for not only the food, but for the activates there will be in place. I will most likely be assisting with the distribution of the food or the organization of the event. I ensure that I help my community one way or another, it may be as big as volunteering at an important event or as little as greeting my members of the community with a smile. The modern work environment presents a variety of obstacles that jeopardize executive functions. High performers frequently have strong leadership qualities as well as a strong sense of self-motivation. They not only understand the nature of the difficulties they face, but they also have the necessary skills, knowledge, and competence to successfully address them. Individuals with such abilities frequently have unusual abilities, with flexibility and adaptability among their best qualities. The fact that these individuals frequently embrace new ideas and are capable of quickly addressing emergent difficulties is crucial. These skills and certifications help individuals to traverse difficult social and economic contexts without sacrificing the entire range of rewards and opportunities that each environment offers. Leadership is important to these people. Leadership abilities are essential for these folks because they can provide a clear feeling of self-direction. To that aim, this paper will go more into my leadership interests, capabilities, and vision, as well as the unique tactics I want to employ in order to further strengthen my leadership abilities. Leadership Capabilities and Interests I want to start and run a great corporate business in the future, and as the only owner of this company, I'll have to manage personnel from many cultures. It is my ambition to become the most successful leader of my company, and I am aware that every successful firm recognizes the importance of working together to improve performance. It is, in fact, the case.

1. I deserve this scholarship because I always envied my uncle and his profession and wish to follow in his footsteps and become as successful as him. 2. I want to become a super hero to become to fight computer viruses and explore the internet as I please. 3. A a women I was always put down to stay at home and work in the house instead of exploring my interest, but I have always wanted to show my family that I can do it. That I can become more than a stay at home wife that i can because a successful women in STEM.

I would like to study Computer Hardware for the simple fact that it is the future for this world. Everything has become more digitalized, from our banking to our schooling system, everything has become more and more online. It has interested me how we can create so many different types of artificial intelligence that change our society for the better. I would like to make or contribute in new inventions that not only creates something as well as gather knowledge for future generations to use. Currently, I am learning a coding method such as python, as well as doing an IT internship at my high school to gather information on the basics of computer software. This would not only give me experience on how to work with a computers programming, but as well as how to keep it in an efficient time-span. Overall, Computer Hardware both holds coding and hardware aspects that can be used in any company in need of them. This field is the future for all things digital and physical items. As for my schooling, I hope to get into a designated tech school to increase my knowledge and experience in this field to make the word a better place for all humans.

In the future, I want for my job to be is to help people have better lives and by doing many community service work that I do now only improves that. I've been apart of my schools National Honors society and Key club which do many community service work throughout the Laveen area. As there are more people coming to our community there are more ways to help one another, even if it is just giving person a smile or a thank you I may just make their day a bit more brighter. So in my day to day life I am always showing a passion for helping on another. As the saying goes, treat people how you want to be treated, these words stick with me everywhere I go because the saying is true because we should treat one another with respect to the extent. Especially to our elders to were they have wisdom and experience to be shared. I am selfless because I have respect for others because I have seen with my own eyes people I treat with my up most respect be degraded and put down so many times that I shall become selfless. I would put people before me because they deserve more than I do in some ways. For example, my parents they are my everything and I shall only become loyal and grateful that they both love and care for me. I want to help the people who may not have the life that I have in my career.

The one thing that gives me hope in the future are the plants that grow in and out of my house. It may seem weird on why this may be, but to me watching a full cycle of a living organism grow and wilt shows that the only thing that we can hope for is in us and the resource that we are given to succeed. Follow this, the people around me have helped me to get to were I am today. Watching as I and my plants grow up together shows that I am not alone in what I struggle through because when I give my plants sun and water I am giving it the needs for it to grow and flourish. As for I, when I am given support and opportunities I and able to expanded my knowledge in what I love to do. Computer Science is what I love and it is the future for this world. Where there may be robot servants helping us in our daily life or the recreation of the real-life version of the Lorax. As this world finds new technology that may disturb the earth nature resources, I hope for a balance between nature and technology. So then we can live in a world where we can live comfortably with the plants growing in our gardens with coffee ready to be served with the air being as clean as possible. Overall, the plants in my home represent me, the hope that this world should have if we as humans want to live with the nature. Plants give and gave so many resources for us to grow and bloom into the magnificent life we all are. We should hope in this near future that we can live in an eco-friendly world. With the plants and no against them.

My Pace inspires me to be the best of myself not to compare one's self to another. "Stop it stop it, those comparisons are meaningless, Don't do it now, stop it now, It's okay, just go your way." My Pace is my way, my time, my worth, it tells a story of one's journey to overcome judgment with themselves, through this adventure I learn how to be ok with myself and what I have to offer.Just go my pace.
