Growing up in a low income household, I’ve always had a dream of becoming a doctor. I grew up in Detroit where people look down on lower class individuals. My parents are originally from Mexico and they came to America to give their kids a better life. I’m a first generation college student and I have come far to achieve my dream job. If I go into medical school, I hope to give back to my community and build my own doctors office. There’s so many undiagnosed diseases in the world and I hope I can find the solution to most of them.
