I am passionate about electronics like crazy. One of my hobbies is breaking down computers and rebuilding them. I also love filming and creating stories. I am a big fan of cinemas and remember watching a lot of movies with my mom and little brother growing up, which is probably why I still love them now. I am now in school for Digital Cinematography and want to start my own indie movie development studio. I started in 2018-2019, but I had just started at the Post Office as well, and they ramped up their hours to 12-16 hours a day during Covid, so I finished my first year. Now I am going back to finish.
I am still working for USPS and have been since 2019, but before I came here, I was in the US Army for 9 years as a heavy construction engineer. Before that, I was a Manager at Paul Davis Restoration and a Supervisor for Perlick Corporation for a few years, all in Milwaukee, WI. At the age of 42, I am attempting to finally do something for myself, as everything before now has always been for my family. I do have a lot of support, but I also carry a lot of responsibility as well.
In the long run, as well, I want to find or create a way that I can help teach kids in Milwaukee about videography, cinematography, and audio, as we don't have a lot of knowledge, expertise, or sources here. Whether it is a community-driven project or some sort of independent business, I develop.
Also, I would like to note that I started this degree in 2019, but Covid and USPS ramped up our hours to 12 to 16-hour days. I dropped out of school, so I ended with a 2.3 my first year, but now I am back.
