I am a middle school special education inclusion teacher and a doctoral student in education. My work focuses on supporting students with disabilities through relationship-based teaching, thoughtful classroom practices, and careful attention to student voice and engagement. I am especially interested in how teacher language and classroom climate shape student confidence and learning. This scholarship would support my continued growth as an educator and allow me to better serve the students and families I work with every day.
