Hi, I’m a senior from Miramar High School. I’m expecting to attend college in fall 2025. Every day in our life is a test that teach us lesson, a test where each experience is a chance to grow. Every day I made a mistake, and I learn from them and try again that’s why I know that I’m a great candidate for this scholarship. I went through hard time to get where I am now. Always trying to keep my grades as an A and my GPA higher cause I know what I am capable of. No matter the barriers, I always appreciate life because everything in this life happens for a good reason. Always want to see everybody succeed, but never want to be behind them. Always want to be on the top. I will describe myself as an ambitious and competitive person. I’m passionate of music, volleyball, criminal justice, psychology. I played volleyball for 4 years in Haiti and plan to keep playing it wherever I go to college. I played music since I was in 4th grade, I play piano, clarinet. I feel like my passions are challenging me every day. I am passionate to learn and experience new things. Between all the things I said earlier, my goal is to have a doctoral degree in criminal justice and corrections and a bachelor’s degree in psychology. Many people want thing to be fair when they enter a court or other places. Since I was little, I always saw injustice, people doing wrong to others. It has always been my dreams to make justice, do what is fair in the world, show people they equal so why make thing unfair? I believe that winning this scholarship will help me make a change in this world.
