My life goals are to be successful and complete all that I set out to be.I want to be the first person in my family to graduate college and start a career in food because I want to be a chef.I think I am a great candidate for this scholarship because I do my best and I want to make my mom proud of me.I really want to go to college so that I can prove to my family that I'm determined and I will complete what I set out to do. My dad always told me be what you want to be and don't let others drag you down no matter what others think of you because the only opinion that really matters is what you think about yourself.I'm a really outgoing person and if I put my mind to something I will get it done.I believe that if I continue to push myself to succeed I will be the first person in my family to graduate high school and I will be the first to go to college.I love to cook it has been a part of me since my mom let me first help her cook when I was 10.Cooking is a very important thing in my house I make most of the family meals when my mom doesn't want to cook.Cooking takes me to another place it helps me escape all the chaos that goes on around me and it makes me feel important because I want to make a difference in the food world.If and when I make through college I will have my own restaurant and will hold some charity events to get money to make free meals for the people who are on the streets and don't have a hot meal to eat.Please consider me for a scholarship because I really want to make a difference in my family.
