I am a community-oriented and creative high school senior who demonstrates a strong work ethic and academic proficiency. I want to pursue a career in STEM, specifically in biology and public health, but in my free time, I love creating art, whether it's writing poems, painting landscapes, or practicing Arabic calligraphy. Aside from excelling in my studies, I am known in my community as a leader for helping others. My parents do not plan on paying for my higher education (and I can not apply to be "independent" on FAFSA) so I need scholarships to help me reach my goal.
