Hello, my name is Kyra! I am an indecisive person, so I can never make up my mind about anything. I think part of that has to do with my love of learning, and seeing the good in everything. I'm currently finishing up my prerequisites so that I can transfer into the Sonography Program at a state college an hour away from home. I changed my major once, and honestly, I’m still undecided as to if I want to take this path. I believe it will be a good career for me, but I change my mind quite often(as I mentioned before). That is why I want to apply for as many scholarships as I can, in case I decide to pursue a different career. I come from a small town where there isn't much opportunity. I wish things would have been different, but my mother was the only support for my big family. Now, I strive to be successful by putting in hard work and dedication. I know firsthand how circumstances can turn out to be. (Change in plans)I transferred to Gulf Coast State College to pursue my Sonography degree, deep down I knew it was not the right path for me, so I changed my major to Psychology (Associate of Arts). I plan to attend FSU-PC for the fall 2024 semester and I have applied for studying abroad in the spring.
