I am currently a senior in high school, who aspires to become a chemical engineer. I have been accepted into several engineering programs, bringing me one step closer to achieving my goals.
My short-term career goal is to join a collaborative college engineering community with strong undergraduate research opportunities.
I also seek a program that integrates STEM with community service and outreach.
My long-term career goal is to earn a PhD in chemical engineering, equipping me with the expertise and credibility to conduct meaningful research—perhaps even leading my own lab one day. I hope to, eventually, focus my research on innovations that improve the lives of organ transplant patients, an issue that has deeply impacted my family.
