The biggest problem facing this world right now is the media and for all intents and purposes social media and their obsession with finding the grittiest stories. We have become so numb to seeing things dangerous happen in real life. We have an obsession with seeing the gore of it all. Prime example, the video circulating of the young man who fell from the ride. Why did that need to be aired? It didn't, but we are nosey people and want to see it for some ungodly reason. In regards to social media, everyone thinks they are entitled to see everything and be in everyone's business. I personally took a month off from social media and found it to be quite refreshing, but you will be surprised how many people you offend in the process because they thought you deleted them. No, I didn't, I took a break. And if we all took a break from it, we would be a lot better for it.
