Have you ever been stuck and felt like you have tried everything to get the answers you need to be able to continue your college education? I have and honestly, The staff at my college helped me a lot and I as a person just enjoy having the answers people seek and need, not only does it put them at ease but it makes them happy to know that there is someone able to help. I work at my college as a Peer Mentor and honestly, I love my job a lot of students show up needing guidance every day. As a Peer Mentor, I try my best to help and guide students in the right direction. Of course, I don't know the answer to everything there is to know about college but as a person that is in college and has the experience, I know that even just that can be helpful to others that are just starting. I also know that students sometimes feel scared or anxious to talk to staff which is why it's great for me to be able to help them in succeeding. Whether it's something small like what they need to do to get started with applying or even where things are on our campus they know that there are experienced students willing to help them. I'm sure that there are lots of students that are taking this opportunity Because they need it to be able to pay for books or even classes. Honestly, For whoever reads this no matter who gets the scholarship I'm sure that person will be relieved and happy. Thank you for reading what I wrote.
