I am a freshman who is a psychology major planning to go to grad school, hopefully in Europe. I plan to explore career paths that merge psychology with media. I strive to be a leader that helps others. I have always been interested in psychology and understanding why people do the things they do. I am a very curious person and am always seeking out answers. Media has always had a special place in my heart, specifically journalism. I was part of my high school's newspaper program and served as the Editor-in-Chief of the paper my senior year. I loved writing stories and being able to share my work with the world. I also loved collaborating with and overseeing my lively staff. I am also an avid movie lover so that ties into my interest of the intersection between media and psychology. I like to understand the psychological breakdown of media choices and its effects.
