1) When I was 15, I found them listening to "Good Boy Gone Bad" in 2022. My initial reaction to them was that they were very talented with their vocals and dances, which caught my eye right away. 2) The most important characteristic of being a MOA to me is always being their moments of alwaysness and supporting them as an OT5 group as well as their solo careers. 3) My bias in TXT is Huening Kai. I have been a fan of Sabrina Carpenter since her Disney days. The first time I had ever heard her sing was on Disney Junior's Sofia the First as Vivian. After hearing her song 'All You Need' with Ariel Winter, I had begged my mom to get the soundtrack for me so I could listen to it on the way to school. The next time I saw her on TV was on Disney Channel as Lucy Gluckman on Austin and Ally. I had already treasured this show deeply since it connected to my love of music, which segued into her debut single 'Can't Blame a Girl for Trying,' which immediately became a repeat on my playlist. On her days on the Disney Channel, I remember the characters teaching valuable life lessons that have still stuck with me to this day, such as the importance of friendship and being your true self. After her Disney days, she was growing up and rebranding herself, and so was I; as he music matured, so did I. This shift allowed me to understand and relate to her songs more while still providing valuable lessons on understanding my emotions. My love for films, movies, behind-the-scenes magic, and being part of a team has led me to my pathway of filmmaking. Collaboration in the TV and Film industry is the most important key to success. No matter how big or small the role, there is always a place for someone on the team. As an aspiring filmmaker, I had roles such as being a production assistant, social media manager, producer, writer, and director, and in each role I had, I never did it alone. There was always at least one person or partner that I could lean on or help lift throughout the different stages of production. Collaboration also expands networks and connections for each team member. When new creatives are introduced to each other, it allows them to branch out in different pathways and opportunities they did not have prior, and open their professional circle. Through leadership and partnership, I flourished in my roles, creating a successful, smooth creative process and outcome. The most memorable collaborative experience I had that inspired me to continue in my field was when my friends and I wrote, directed, produced, starred in, and edited our very first short film. During this time, I was not very confident in my filmmaking abilities, but with the help of my friends, we successfully and smoothly worked through our film process. As a small team of 6, we were very limited in our resources on what we could use and how long we could use our equipment. We also faced the issue of story plot holes, transportation, conflicting schedules, and tech issues. To fix these issues, we all pitched our ideas together to improve the creative process of our film. To start off, I created a game plan of all the issues that needed to be fixed, then reached out to my friends to show them how they could help. I first asked my assistant writer and director to help me workshop and perfect the script before we scouted locations. After the script was complete, we drove around different parks in San Diego to ensure we could film in those locations and that they fit the needs of our film. The next step in pre-production was the actors. Since our friends were already very experienced actors, we had cast them in this project; the only problem was that they had never met each other in person before. To ensure their chemistry and good collaboration, we did a few table reads of the script and revised as we went along, taking in the actors' suggestions on lines. After the table read came production. Through the table read, the actors and crew connected instantly with one another. Our connections and friendships helped make the project run a lot more smoothly than if a team of strangers with no collaboration had created the film. Though there were still rough bumps throughout the process, such as transportation situations and tech issues, they became easy to handle with simple communication and collaboration with my team. When it came to post-production, it was smooth sailing since all that was left was to put the clips in chronological order, along with music and sound effects, which completed our first short film. Collaboration is very important in the TV and Film industry because it creates bonds and relationships that are mutually beneficial. It creates fun and creative experiences that help build portfolios for both the cast and crew. On my pathway of filmmaking, I realized how important personal connections are to telling a good story. Without filmmaking, I would not have found my best friends.

Collaboration in the TV and Film industry is the most important key to success. Without a team, it is almost impossible to create a successful film. No matter how big or small the role, there is always a place for someone on the team. As an aspiring filmmaker, I had roles such as being a production assistant, social media manager, producer, writer, and director, and in each role I had, I never did it alone. There was always at least one person or partner that I could lean on or help lift throughout the different stages of production. Collaboration also expands networks and connections for each team member. When new creatives are introduced to each other, it allows them to branch out in different pathways and opportunities they did not have prior, and open their professional circle. Through leadership and partnership, I flourished in my roles, creating a successful, smooth creative process and outcome. The most memorable collaborative experience I had that inspired me to continue in my field was when my friends and I wrote, directed, produced, starred in, and edited our very first short film. During this time, I was not very confident in my filmmaking abilities, but with the help of my friends, we successfully and smoothly worked through our film process. As a small team of 6, we were very limited in our resources on what we could use and how long we could use our equipment. We also faced the issue of story plot holes, transportation, conflicting schedules, and tech issues. To fix these issues, we all pitched our ideas together to improve the creative process of our film. To start off, I created a game plan of all the issues that needed to be fixed, then reached out to my friends to show them how they could help. I first asked my assistant writer and director to help me workshop and perfect the script before we scouted locations. After the script was complete, we drove around different parks in San Diego to ensure we could film in those locations and that they fit the needs of our film. The next step in pre-production was the actors. Since our friends were already very experienced actors, we had cast them in this project; the only problem was that they had never met each other in person before. To ensure their chemistry and good collaboration, we did a few table reads of the script and revised as we went along, taking in the actors' suggestions on lines. After the table read came production. Through the table read, the actors and crew connected instantly with one another. Our connections and friendships helped make the project run a lot more smoothly than if a team of strangers with no collaboration had created the film. Though there were still rough bumps throughout the process, such as transportation situations and tech issues, they became easy to handle with simple communication and collaboration with my team. When it came to post-production, it was smooth sailing since all that was left was to put the clips in chronological order, along with the music and sound effects, which completed our first short film. Through collaboration, it creates a well-oiled machine that makes the filmmaking process easier to understand and handle, which is a process that can be repeated and learned from time and time again in different environments.
