I read books multiple times a month.
Over the past two years, there has been nothing but growth in my academic and personal life. When I graduated high school I had a dream of becoming a baker and going to culinary school to expand my education and further my passion for baking. One thing I did not account for was how much I would fall in love with UNC Greensboro and its business school. I then told myself, "okay, let's study business now, and go to culinary school later." UNC Greensboro guided me and motivated me to figure out who I was as a business major and through the leadership classes, I found my second passion for Accounting. Everything I had planned was thrown out the window when I started taking my first accounting class. I understood it and I fell in love with this part of the business school. After working on myself through UNC Greensboro's improvement programs and finding help through advisors, I found that I wanted to expand my education through Accounting and keep my passion for baking as a hobby. My educational growth and curiosity has led me to pursue a degree in Accounting. Although, I have never imagined my life without being in the kitchen so every day I continue to bake and expand my culinary skills to keep my passion alive.
