I want to be the best version of myself. That is my goal. I want to produce a future that not only benefits me but also benefits my future family. Continuing my education would increase those chances exponentially.

The short answer would be that my career goals are to work for my family. I want to provide the best life for them, I want the best for my future family. With this scholarship it helps with the out of pocket cost's of college. That assistance assists in not just my education, but it will benefit others in my family. The assistance supports my education while a greater majority of my finances get focused on saving and investing. If I create a strong structure now for myself it will benefit my family and my future family.
Not having as much or no loans from college would be extremely helpful. I would have more money to do other things with. Such as; a home, a newer/safer car, a savings account for my future children, and so much more. I would say I am a family oriented person, I love being with family and usually find myself taking care of the children rather hanging around with adults. Not that I don't want to be around them, but its an adrenaline rush to take care of someone else. Being able to provide someone else of something is a great feeling.
From when I was four years old I was taking care of my family. At the time my mom was a single mom of two, all under the age of five. Being that young and seeing my mom struggle, I would step in. I wanted to be able to help, and that still goes for who I am today. Then when I got a little bit older and now I had three younger siblings, I would be in the kitchen making lunch for them. Even though it consisted of chicken patties and french fries, I still had a good time taking care of my siblings.
With having said so, family is very important to me. I want to provide the best that I can for my family now and my future family. With having assistance with my education, I get to provide a better future for myself and my family. Worrying less about money and more about living is the way I want to proceed with my life. Being money oriented is honestly very depressing and being able to live life through the highs and lows without the great worry of having to pay for things is the way I want to live my life.

My favorite piece I've ever completed is something I did in my freshman year of high school. I've never worked with charcoal and this was my first final piece with using that medium. I created a lion roaring and a little mouse doing the same thing. It is my favorite piece because how it looked but also it gave me the new experience of a different medium. Now charcoal is one of my favorite mediums to use because of that piece.
