As a future Doctor of Chiropractic, I am in my final year of clinical training at Sherman College of Chiropractic in South Carolina. Raised in a small town in central Wisconsin, I developed a strong work ethic and commitment to education early on. In 2020, I graduated high school as salutatorian with 52 college credits and completed my bachelor’s degree in Health Care Management from the University of Phoenix in just two years.
Currently, I’m completing clinical training at the Sherman Chiropractic Center, where I apply my knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and patient care daily. As a mother, student, and future healthcare professional, I bring empathy, balance, and a commitment to lifelong learning to every patient interaction. My goal is to open a family-focused chiropractic clinic that offers affordable, accessible care in my community. I strive to create an environment where patients feel supported, educated, and empowered. I also plan to give back through free health talks and community wellness programs.
Before entering chiropractic school, I spent two and a half years working at a chiropractic office under the mentorship of a licensed chiropractor. I started as a shy 17-year-old receptionist but quickly grew through hands-on learning and meaningful patient interactions. That experience gave me confidence, direction, and a deep passion for chiropractic care.
Receiving this scholarship would allow me to focus more fully on my studies and clinical training, reducing the financial stress of tuition and enabling me to provide the best care to my future patients.
